Scenario: You are the Human Resources Specialist whose function
within the company is to design and conduct performance appraisals of the
different employees. However, recently, there has been concern that the
appraisals being conducted are not a true objective measure of the employee,
and as such, bonus determination is being adversely affected on some of the
employees.
Appraisals of an
employees’ job performance are used to provide feedback to the employee as to
how well or poorly they are conducting their job requirements. Sometimes,
appraisals can be used to determine if the person in the position is properly
qualified to complete the tasks and assignments of the position.

different types of evaluation techniques utilized by companies and
identify the purpose of or measure of each technique. - Describe whether the
